Well it's still not worth it.

If she goes to L.A. she will loose

20% on her money because of exchange.
10%-20% more is lost to pay a manager. (Unless she goes with world)

Plus paying for

$300 - $700/week (unless the manager put you up - apx $400 mth)

$800 - $1000 euro for round trip airfare.

$100 - Aim test

Add meals and maybe some shopping and she doesn't have crap to take back home.
