Just looked at two houses this weekend with panic rooms. It's not just a room where people run too...LOL

I bought my first home brand new and I think I did good and got everything right the first time.

One thing I would have done if the lot was bigger would have been to add an indoor pool.

A home cinema like that would be my dream come true.

will have in the basement giant tv room + pool room ....separated by a fireplace and bar so you have access on both sides..........planning on having nice parties in there :upsidedow

few steps up in the back of the basement will lead to a jaccuzzi in a solarium opening on the backyard :pimp

Building your own house is a pain in the ass. Don't do it. The contractors will drive you bonkers with their BS and price changes.
