1st question is the easy one. Video editing, give me the min specs, and what you use to pull vids off a mini dv and put together trailers etc. mac or pc?

2nd is for the experts. Say you make a back with a background image thats 10kb, and that image tiles 10 times on the page. Does that make the page 100kb, or is the background image cached and the page is still only 10kb?

2nd - depends on the editor.
But when you export it to the final format, it dosent matter, because its all vectors
