Not long typically, but Friday's are bad in getting in touch with them I've noticed over the years. Got to catch them earlier in the week.

Send a daily email and they will hit you up pretty fast. Parney is good at that.
BTW of course a lot of the listings are sold out so expect a long wait on many.

we have purchased from them recently , but had to wait 3 months for a specific spot to become open

Parney gets back within around 12 hours most times, earlier in the week is better, but as busy as they must be they seem to run a tight ship.
