I'm looking to partner or start up a small magazine. I'm looking for someone that is doing it to split fees and help each other ect.

I've got last months Time magazine laying around here somewhere. But I'm not sure if Time/Warner wants any partners in it... I can give you the phone number in the front part if you want, but I think it's for subscriptions?
