Age of site (months): about 4. Domain name is a year or two old. Monthly revenue: about $7 in 4 months Revenue details: 100% of the sites revenue comes from Google Adsense ads at the bottom of page. Never got round to it but putting them at the top also would increase click through! Unfortunatly cant send proof income as I dont chanel my ads. This means you see a total thats not true of the site! Total page views: 1,588 Average unique visitors a month: 47 Bookmarks: 17 Traffic details: 100% of our traffic is totally free (this is the best way to oparate a free site). The site has never been submitted to anywhere, not even one link exchange or cross link between my other site! There lots of place where you can submit this site to including directories,toplists etc.. Our only traffic is from sigs in 2 forums. More traffic details: Jul 2005 uniques = 68 page views = 460 Aug 2005 uniques = 47 page views = 599 Sep 2005 uniques = 53 page views = 325 Oct 2005 uniques = 17 page views = 204 (as of 10th) Description: KingJokes.com provides free jokes and funny pictures. These kind of sites are very popular! Great for adsense and other affiliates programs like FriendFinder and herbal smoke. Also great way for sending traffic to other sites and selling links. This was my idea! Great logo, catchy name and good colour scheme. Other features include 759 jokes already installed on the site, 18 pictures installed on the site and the site comes with 20 posters/members!! Also a very easy to use backend/admin section!! Including banner rotation! Bonus: hosting paid up till next july!! and free transfer of everything! Yeah I know $7 isn't anything! but I've never advertised or promoted the site! never submittied the site to search engines or directories etc etc..
I think theres quite a bit of money to be made if someone puts in the effort. thanks tony |
