    Is this the next shoe dropping

    This apparently is being reported by PayPal.

    MasterCard:

    * MasterCard will require an initial registration fee of $1,000

    * MasterCard will require an annual renewal fee of $500

    My question is, is this the other shoe dropping, that I have spoke of before. Why would the Master Card fees apply only to PayPal?

          I see the question marks. Isn't it only logical that Master Card is going to do the same as Visa and 3rd Party Billing Processors will soon be notifying their webmasters? Not a question of if but only a question of when?
