LAS VEGAS, Nev. ? Awaiting a final ruling to the Free Speech Coalition?s lawsuit against the US Justice Department pertaining to 2257 record-keeping regulations, Edge Data Systems LLC has released Version 2 of my2257? record-management software.

Released Monday with many updated features and a newly added read-only my2257? Custodian solution displaying only the pertinent information required by section 75.2(a) through 75.2(e) during inspections.

my2257? Custodian only displays the items required by 2257 section 75.2, sections A-E: the legal name of talent, date of birth, picture identification, distribution of images, depiction of images and all content the talent appears in.

Marketing director and company founder, Dave Slaughter, states that many of the revision have accrued due to client input into how to approve upon the system. Version 2 now implements full user name and password administration as well as a revision checker that allows an Administrator the ability to review changes and deletions before the become permanent.

my2257? is a Windows application, so simple that if you can use a mouse and a keyboard, you can run the software. You don?t need to be a UNIX technician to run the system. Plug and Play and TWAIN compatibility are built into my2257? simply scan or print directly to the program.

The new version of my2257? software is suitable for both small companies that only need a single workstation up to companies with larger, more corporately-structured networks. my2257? Enhanced Network version allows for clustering of servers and multiple location backups. All Versions of my2257 now offer database backups.

I got one of the first copies of the standard edition - and I have to say, it blows everything else on the market (that I've looked at, and I've looked at or tried just about all of them) completely away :-)
And with each update (it seems a new one comes every day or two) data entry gets easier and easier - if you have one of the "first available" solutions that came out, it would really be worth your while to check this one out

It's 5AM here and I am leaving for Los Angeles to demo / train some new companies on the software. Version 2 is selling fast we have over 40 clients now using it. MANY of the Major players in the industry are going with it. I have two meetings with companies looking to scrape their in house developed product to go with my2257?.
