i was a fat kid. my brother used to make me do the truffle shuffle. now i have a complex and exercise 5 days a week. thank god he totured me!

Lost over 30 lbs while I was living in Amsterdam this last year simply by riding that damn bike everywhere even in the daily rain :smokin

I was never heavy until I married. Then, not only did I show off by cooking for him, I began to eat the foods I cooked...which are not foods I am used to. Then, I started on the Internet seven years ago..and, until this past Spring...was more pounds overweight than I will ever admit.
One day, my honey and I were putting in a flagstone patio and I thought I was dying because I had to rest every fifteen minutes. That was my wake up call. I have a personal trainer who beats the shit out of me three days a week. I'm on a nutritional program, and I do cardio three to five times a week. Next is kick boxing when I'm at goal....which will be in another six months. I figure it took seven years to get this way, I can spend the rest of my life going back to the way I was....lean and toxic. |
I'm not fat yet, but since i start working on this + bf i gained 25 pounds. I'm on my way down now :winkwink:

Because all I do is work on a computer, play video games and eat food.
Fucking my girlfriend all the time just doesn't counter the food I eat.. maybe I need to fuck her more. |

Couldn't be fat if I wanted to. I bike a hilly 500km ( 300+ miles ) a week.
I eat everything in sight and am still hungry. Just ate peanut M&M's until i was sick of them and about ready to eat this Miller Lite can. |

Because I work on my ass all day and eat too much... well actually I used too . Right now I started eating more healty food (less steak ... more chicken n stuff like that)

I worked out so fucking hard last night, I couldn't sleep until 5:30 am and now my arms feel like lead.
However, I do have a natural high, and I'm going to goto the bank and pick up a huge ass BBQ chicken Flying Wedge whole wheat pizza, some JD, and Coke Zero. Mmmm! Goddamn bank is going to have a big line, Argh. |

Actually, I work out 5 days a week (running and weights), eat tons of fish and veggies, very little sweets and my stress levels are relatively low. I'm actually losing inches off of my waist and I'm feeling great. |
I'm not, and I never will. I can not understand how somebody can be fat and do nothing about it

I was 165 till I broke my leg last year..
now I'm 210 and have a little belly fat, I lift every day or so and can pretty much throw what I couldnt lift back then |
I think it's pretty sad that so many people take such poor care of their bodies. It wouldn't bother me quite so much if it didn't directly effect me, but it does (i.e. health insurance costs, bodies oozing into my personal space on a bus or airplane, etc.). I work on the PC all day (and night, sometimes) long too, but I just make a point to go to the gym regularly and to eat healthy (no sugar, lots of H2O, lots of fruits and veggies, small portions, nothing overly fatty...easy stuff). The funny thing is, I am a huge food lover...sure I'd like to eat non-stop, but you've just gotta draw the line somewhere.
As an aside, if anyone is looking for a relatively easy (and healthy) way to shed a few pounds, Weight Watchers is a pretty solid program. |

computers arent the problem, people are. we should treat fat people like we treat drug addicts, or legalize drugs. some people are lucky enough to be blessed with a metabolism that burns fat. thats 1 thin people out of 10. the rest of us just have discipline and self control. i say fuck fat people as it says a lot about their will power. sorry for being an ass, i know most of you fat fucks are good people; still does not give you the right to neglect yourself.

well if your metabolism burns less it means your a generally less active person, then eat less... there's no written rule to anybody
