Anybody know what this means (norton antivirus log)

I dont run norton so i never seen this before. A friend of mine showed me this.

appears to me that your friend has an open network, and someone close by also has an open network. norton is trying to protect your friends machine from this other open network.
or, someone is trying to break in.

This is not a wireless network driver. It is only telling you norton has found that an IP was given to a network driver and it has started to list the setting of the firewall. When the ip closes so does norton and it is letting you know.
