Linux tools for Windows XP ? du,head, tail, cat, grep, etc.

Without resorting to installing Cygwin.. are there native windows xp tools available like the linux command line tools: du, head, tail, cat, grep, etc.. ?

Ditto that. Cygwin works great. If you put the cygwin path as the first reference in your PATH variable, all those commands are available from the dos prompt as well.
