What happened in New Orleans was bad, but not nearly as bad as what is happening in Guatemala, Salvador and many other places in Central America. Where is the help?

You do realise how many people there are in canada right ?? seems rather foolish to complain about canadians donating a quarter of a million dollars when there are literally hundreds of countries with populations larger that haven't donated squat..
