I'm trying to get in shape and I was wondering what was better while running, to wear shorts and a t-shirt or sweat shirt and sweat pants?! I figure the sweatshirt/sweat pants...any feedback would be great help

Just messing, anwhoo i say wear what is most comfy (which for me is shorts and a tank/or tshirt). I know a lot of people exercise in sweats because it will induce more sweating (ie: weightloss), however that is sorta silly. Think of it like this, sweat is water so you will only just drink it right back. If your goal is to loose weight, you want to burn calories to do it, not deplete your body of it's hydration.

the correct answer.
if you are sweating a lot make sure you have enough salt so your tissues can retain water and reduce the risk of heat stroke.
if not exercising avoid salt as much as possible.Comment
