Hello all, allow me to bend over and introduce myself.
Okay, we're hosted with that Really Great Company that has excellent service but tends to be down, like, terminally (no pun intended) since November. Latest ETA on having our service back up is Monday or Tuesday. We aren't exactly big players yet, but we've been building steadily and this kind of down time could set us back another six months.
We are in desperate need of an interim/backup host. Our bandwidth needs are minimal (really, pathetically minimal - like 5 gigs a month max) and we run a little CGI, all Perl at this point.
Anyone willing and able to set up a high storage, low-bandwidth package that we can pay via PayPal like TONIGHT? Maybe someone's using a dedicated or semi-dedicated but you're not maxed out yet and want to share costs? I figure with DNS replication we're pretty much screwed no matter what, but at least we can take part in the screwing instead of just laying back and wishing for lube....
