Women Don't Find Max Offensive
When Max had his trial for obscenity it was a hung jury and they dropped the case (if I remember correctly.) The jury was half women and all the women voted AGAINST the obscenity charge. Have you seen the women on juries? Mostly middle aged women and senior citizens. It's the men who wanted him convicted. Go figure. I've heard of other cases similar. Any thoughts on why this is?Comment

All I can say about this is that I really hope he beats the case.
If Max Hardcore and Extreme associates can walk away from obscenity prosecutions unscathed, then the rest of us have nothing to worry about in regards to obscenity.
