Been smoke free since February - BEST THING I EVER DID IN LIFE - I can actually play basketball for hours and hours without coughing or feeling tired. Good luck KB

3 weeks for me on the patch
i also gave up weed

it is easy to stop smoking weed than it is smokes by far

( i use to smoke weed everyday for about 5 years)
