Need to contact CCBILL - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi all!
I am in trouble ... it seems that my check from ccbill have been lost or stolen bu our local post office. I need to contact ccbill, but have no idea whom should I contact. Please, if you know somebody in CCBill, who is responsible for reissuing checks, give me their emaill adress or better ICQ num. Thanks !!!

I have checks from ccbill sent to PNG all the time by mistake. I don't know why it happens, but it only happens with ccbill. Oh, actually once with ibill as well. The envelopes arrive with (something like) "Incorrectly sent to PNG" stamped on them.

I think I might be going postal about it.

Anyhow, [email protected] is very good.

oh, but they charge (about??) $30 to cancel and reissue a new check.

Thanks for your prompt answers ... I know, that ccbill has send those checks and the problem is in our local post office ... it's not for the first time they lost my checks! I am not afraid of paying $30 to resissue check, because total amount on the missing check is almost $700. I am afraid that some lamer from our post will try to misuse this check ..... anyway ... thank you very much ! And just one more question ... is it possible to set up a wire transfer with ccbill to receive my money faster and safer ?

Yes. I always got thru [email protected] and get fast responses. Note that they will accept a scanned document emailed as an attachment instead of a fax (if you're overseas like me and have no fax).

Email [email protected] with your account number and missing check amount. We can get it canceled for you. BTW the fee is $20 that the bank charges us for canceling checks.

If you want a wire transfer, go to CCBill.com->account admin->change forms->wire transfer form

fax it to the number listed

anything else, let me know
