How do I move epassporte balance to bank account?

Found it.. DAMN, I can only do it $300 at a time.. at a cost of $2 per transaction and unlike Paypal I'm not earning any interest on any of my cash they're holding.. and they're charging fees for every little fucking thing you do with them.
