What does a Megabit of bandwidth amount to in gigabytes?
Is it 10 gigs, 1,000 gigs? I'm confused.

its 320 GB, if you hold the 1 meg continuously (every second) in the month
formula is this 8 bits in a byte so .125x60 seconds x 60 minutes x 24 hours x 30 days equals 324000 bytes or 324 gigabytes per month
