I have to do this every few weeks because my sleeping hours are totally fucked up.

7 in the morning now. Staying up till 10 or 11 in the evening if all goes according to plan hehe.

In 1 hour i can get breakfast and cofee.

Gonna try to work all day long.

My sleep schedule has always been messed up. Ever since I was in high school. I can be falling asleep until 10PM, then wham wide awake .. Never go to bed before 4AM. Gave up trying to fight it. I'm my own boss, so I'll fucking sleep and work when I like.

I can't do those long days and work. I become totally useless. Can't focus enough to sit and make up new pages, all I can do is talk to people, ha.

Exactly the same here. But the thing is i need quite a lot of sleep. 8 hours for sure so im missing big parts of the day. For work isnt doesnt matter but it somehow just doesnt feel right.

Yes. I do those "clock resets" every month or so too, when I find myself staying up too late for an extended period.

I'll just skip a night of sleep, then crash around 11pm the next night. Problem solved.

The only thing is that you HAVE to stay up that next day, you can't take any naps, or you're even more fucked up, lol...

Yeah same here... It's what I call a 1+ day rythm. Meaning I wake up 1 hour later every day, in a 24 hour cycle. Two things can "cure" it. Getting hammered, or staying awake close to 30 hours.
