Why doesn't everyone who has a problem with someone else just pick up the phone call your attorney and let him file a lawsuit.
All the threats are a waste of time and won't make you any money. Bury someone in a lawsuit and you'll own their business eventually and everything else they own. It'll take 12 - 24 months usually, and most cases you'll settle out of court sooner than that and settlements are $ sweet $ .

All kinds, all brands, all flavors, you name it. But I serve it in a pretty cheap bar. And sometimes it's warm, sometimes it's too cold. Sometimes if you ordered one beer and want another of the same brand I don't have it. But what I do have is a list of other bars you can go to. So I will suggest your bar to those people. Not only do they have endless supply of the one beer I had on stock, but a topless waitress serves it to you in their jacuzzi.

If you have a paysite and see my site as competition you either are underestimating your site, overestimating mine, or you have a lousy paysite, but I think in your case it's not the latter.

A few posts later, just like the last time this happenede, you come out with the real problem. Someone stole your content and is using that on a gallery on my site. That's something I can not know, can I? Also, that's something you should be mad about to the gallery-poster, NOT to me. How can I help this? I can't. Also, what you should do instead of referring to one big ly that has been on your television once, is MAIL ME. Fairly simple process we've been through before. MAIL ME, TELL ME WHO IT IS, and I'll remove his link, blacklist the guy and by miracle the (confirmed) information I have on that fellow will end up in your mailbox.

Please tell me about these problems so we can fix 'em. A post like this is only setting anger and is not helping anybody. Come one Krome, I though we had this issue resolved a long time ago (I even had to check the date on your post twice, I can't believe you're bringing this up again!)

Ummm I'd compare the hun to a major city full of shops with millions of people visiting those shotp each day, and i'd compare your ukbabes site to 1 shop out of 10,000's try to sell the same damn thing. with hardly anyone visiting. Your sites worth shit without traffic and thehun has traffic. And it sells if you know what your doing

imo the real problem here is when very few but huge free sites allow webmasters to host their content on free isp webspace.

And no one comes here to say there is no connection with content stealing.

Why? People not even thinking about paying like .20-.30/gig for legitimate adult hosting, will they more likely pay for legitimate adult content ? NO.

More and more free sites are closing their doors to free non-adult isp hosted galleries, yet few but huge sites don't care about it, as once stating in some other gfy thread "as long as no one files an abuse complaint"...

As i once mentioned in detail on videosbaord, this problem (of content and bw stealing) can be solved at the very root of the adult free sites industry.

Simply with webmasters disallowing the listing of pix and movies content hosted on free ISPs webspace. (and yet again, no one comes with something like "maybe those people have a deal with hosting company - this is simply not true and ridiculous!").

Also, this way, webmasters will think twice if they want to submit stolen content on their own domain(s), since it makes them prone to higher legal risks. Simple, no ?

I'm not an adult biz veteran nore an expert yet, but i'm doing my work as legitimatelly and legally as it gets since two years now.

It pisses honest webmasters like us who see themselves falling in disadvantage when we invest thousands of dollars into legitimate bandwidth and content, while others get better listings with huge movies or high-res pictures hosted on unlegitimate bandwidth (simply check the TOS of those companies! they don't allow the hosting of pornographic files nore the hosting for commercial purposes! And there is no room for exceptions here! Which part can't be understood here? ) like aol, comcast, shaw, @home etc... without investing a dime in content nore bandwidth.

As long free sites allow webmasters to submit and host their stuff on free isps webspace, as long we won't get rid off those content and bandwidth thieves.

As long those sites owners don't show their respect to legitimate and honest webmasters who pay for their bandwidth and their content, as long those legit webmasters won't be able to compete with bandwidth and content stealers, because those thieves simply don't have those huge expenses! ;)

This post wasn't aimed to anyone personally, it's just some food for thought.

I also think the console bullshit and traps are what's really hurting the biz and the proliferation of all the TGP's that followed your model haven't helped either. I also remember when there were no affiliate programs and you and PK were the only real BIG link lists.

You dont need 10-20 pix, of a sets best pixs to sell a website. 5 would do nicely , probably better.

The 10-20 pix galleries is a way for tgp's to outgun other tgp's for traffic.
Surfer goes where he gets most shit for the least energy. The Hun...

And most surfers dont need more than 30 new galleries daily. Infact very few paysites can compete with the better tgp's in regards to variation, quality and update frequency.

The tgp idea is a brilliant scheeme for the successful tgp owners.
But a catastrophe to the entire biz.

Compounded by many surfers beeing hesitant to use ccard for legal reasons presently.

I find it hard to believe the scheme can function endlessly though. As more and more freeloaders are massed with less conversions and who figures out the cj scripts.

The tgp's responses sofar has been to increase quality, explicity to impress while increasing tricks and bullshit. But that is a shortterm solution as it just serves to further satisfy seasoned surfers who knows the tricks while the gullible newbies with a ccard are getting fewer...

The bad tgp's should crumble first and send their bookmarks uppwards until even the big ones might buckle a bit...or not:Graucho
