I stopped hosting the site after 3 month non payment, and also i own the domain name as it was bought was before they even bought the club, My brother in law used to own the club before this guy bought it. Plus the email came from a yahoo account. No he wants me to give him all the design works, and the domain name. i dont mind giving him the design work but im not releasing the domain name to him.

Here's the letter

Dear Mr. *****:

Please be advised, Mr. *** would like to meet with you to compensate you for the services of ****** Technology, in exchange for the return of his intellectual property, to wit: the infernoteenclub.com website design; as well as the website?s name
(infernoteenclub.com) being properly registered to JV Entertainment, L.L.C., per the parties agreement.

In addition, please resume hosting the website in the interim, so as to mitigate any loss Mr. **** business incurs as a result of the public being unable to access infernoteenclub.com. Failure to do so could expose ****** Technology to liability for business losses not adequately mitigated

It is Mr. **** sincere intention to resolve this matter and avoid the need for any legal action.
