I spent the whole week living on fresh fruit and low fat yogurt.

My insides have been scrubbed clean - and Im sure I heard my liver crying tears of joy.

So what do I do? - Down the shop to get a packet of cigs, and I couldnt resist a large bottle of Smirnoff Blue Label.

So fucking weak...

No biggie. Just get back on livin' right asap. So long as you do right by yourself substantially more than you do wrong, you'll be a helluva lot better than the majority of fat lazy bastids that do nothing but consume.

Hate to spoil it but depending on your intended effect, your week of "hangover" style eating isn't gonna help you at all.

That was kinda the point of the thread - but Rick is correct, I can go back to being good tomorrow.

No point in writing the whole idea off. A week of treating my body well is better then I have done in a long time, so I can do it.
