    On my way home from Alaska we visited this waterfall and...

    ...we were told nothing special about it than "this is just some waterfall near Seattle" bla bla bla

    A couple of days ago we started seeing Twin Peaks again (for the 3rd time) .. finding out that this very waterfall is the one used in Twin Peaks with the hotel "The Great Northern" on top

    Our own guide or the bus-driver didn't tell us shit about that .. that sucks

      Yup, that's the Snoqualmie Falls lodge, and you are right about "Twin Peaks" being filmed there/around there, too. My buddy is the head chef at the lodge.

          snoqualmie falls.. been there many a time.. but the sad fact that ruins it is the "over priced" lodge for all the folks that want to observe nature from their concrete stand and not get dirty...
          did you guys do the trail that takes you to the bottom of the falls?

                      No we did not. Just made a short stop there before going to the airport
