I saw the "Anne Hathaway" topless thread today and I got to thinking about other actresses that haven't yet done a topless scene despite being in Hollywood for years.

I have two that come to mind that still haven't been "persuaded" to release the hounds on film, even though they've been popular for years:

Nikki Cox
Jeri Ryan

Definitely Jeri Ryan and Nikki Cox. Apart from them... ehm, Lindsay Lohan. Not many more that I can think of. Most actresses with nice racks tend to show them off fairly often.
