Sometimes I'll hit up a bar after work or something and get some beer and wings or dinner and take off. Nothing wrong with wanting a beer and some food.

I have gone to bars on my own on several occassions and it was fun. I can do whatever I want.

After work, I actually seek out bars where I know no friends will be frequenting, choosing to be alone and anonymous. The chatter and music help me focus on concluding the day's projects, and I get some work done (and prepare my itinerary for tomorrow) before hitting a bar where I will need to be focused on chatting up girls in hoodie sweatshirts and sneakers :thumbsup
