That guys site looks like legal 18+ year olds being pawned off as preteens. If that guy is doing 1/2 million per month but breaking their TOS by using "preteen" in his metatags they are going to ask him to change his tags. No way will they pull the rug out from under him w/out giving him the chance to clean his act up. The first thing they are going to do is ask for proof of age and if he has it - legally he isnt breaking any laws. The whole process takes time and extensive documentation of every step made. These things dont happen overnight. If his site is legal ccbill cant comment on that either way. KimmyKim cant tell you if that site is legal or not. If its still there in 6 months I would assume they saw proper paperwork before slaying ccbill publicy.

Asthma,
Whats wrong with the word "young?" Id say the "teenagepink" site in your sig says a little more than something like "youngsluts" wouldn't you. Ron - I live in Southern Cal and know many people that have worked for your companies and friends. (Holio, Blow, and CE and Babenet, VCA) seems not many know exactly who started what and how *this* all started,... So I guess the question still goes avoided. |
I was hoping there would be some interest in my earlier post about PornUnion but I guess not! :(

I'd be willing to help as much as I could, and glady be a part of it. I think I have seen one or 2 around, but I think they were more of an attraction to get webmasters to come there to report sites, but it was a gimmick to get them to join programs :( <a href="mailto:[email protected]">Email Me.</a>:( |
Hey Fletch
Glad to hear you're interested! The guy from interclimax seems to be too. Maybe some other people will pop in here with interest and we can start a new thread to hash it out. I'd like to have some participation by a few large programs, that'd make for a great start. My idea would be everything pro-bono... You're right, some of those other ones are just promoting affiliate programs or charging for advertising. I like the idea of a completely free PornUnion :) Brad |
Its been tried and discussed many times.
It will fail. Like all the other attempts. |
Very true Labret although the altruistic part of me thinks that if it's able to make a little bit of a difference then it might be worth it.

I don't suppose you'd settle for Director of.... something :) lol Brad |
Its not hard to find questionable sites using CCBILL
This one uses the full set of bad words in tags http://teenporno.ws/main.html And they get worse :( |
Wow man, those pics are most likely legal but still, wow, thats over the line I feel... saying you have teen girls 18+ is cool, but they are OBVIOUSLY hinting to these girls being under 18... and although it goes against the CC TOS, these fucks will continue to make $. Which is why CC wouldnt do anything. Lolita=$
No lolita=pride. |

Evidence Eliminator resellers too.. will they close their account ??? |
Well, I see this thread is still going on.
I'm going to make a couple of statements here and then I'm pretty much done posting to it, since it just keeps going in circles with the guy that I heard doesn't work at Interclimax stirring the pot for no reason other than he likes to read his typos. Out TOS prohibits anyone under 18 being naked on a website that we process for. We screen the tours and member areas before we activate accounts. We do not check every site we process to see if they have made integral changes to their site, unless someone brings it to our attention. We deal with images in our TOS. Nothing in our TOS deals with words, other than the domain name restrictions we have in place now. Nor do I personally think that we should be the word police. If that were the case, I'd wager every story site would have to go for starters. What you personally may feel to be over the line, may or may not be what I personally feel to be over the line. This is not the issue here. Our TOS goes well beyond the law, you can be assured of that. Customs periodically is in our office and any sites we get complaints about are checked for legality first, no matter our TOS and potential violations with it. Had idiotboy or anyone else actually attempted to join the site he so adamantly claimed we process, then it would have been plain as the nose on your face that we don't process for that site, at the beginning of this thread. The initial join page is not on CCBill servers and we therefore have no control over what a site puts up or takes down. Last but not least. It is not, and has never been, our policy to announce changes publicly. There are companies that issue press releases or post every time someone goes to the bathroom apparently, but we are not one of them. Our relationship with our clients remains between us and our clients, it is not a matter for the entire adult webmaster 'community' to share. Any other questions, I believe you can find my email. |
Forest: Go rip off some webmasters or something.

Looks like they fixed it now.

There is *always* a reason and some "cover" for some other shit. We got others like pedo sex-ed purporting some "indignation" over a pedo site.. classic! Instead of posting this bullshit here, pass it on to CCBill and let them handle it - it's their business and they will pull the plug if it is "unacceptable". Sheesh... GFY drama queens :-) |
