He sells it as a preteen site but they are not underage from what I see on his tours. Its walking a fine line... true.

You also may want to consider that CCBill is right now overloaded with work thanks to Ibill and their problems. It is very possible that Ron is too busy to call you and forgot. Its really not good business to air that laundry here. You have been in business long enough to know better. No I dont, but I do know every person that works there. I just cant see them being held responsible for a metatag. What are they going to do at worst ? They cant turn his server off, or shut his site down. All they can do is turn his rebills off and then what ? They get nailed with chargebacks and open themself up for a lawsuite with the owner.
