Is it worth joining???

Whats the average $ a good tour brings in with them?

and also - how the hell do you join up?

On the join page it says:
This site will be reviewed for acceptance into the ARS program. If no site exists, the application will be declined."

Does this mean you need to build and submit a tour first before joining and if so where do you go to get the content to use for the tour from ARS if you cannot login to access the content before building a site???

No it means you have to own an adult site before you are able to join the ARS program.

It's kind of an impossible question to answer, it all comes down to your creativity and experience with making/promoting adult sites. You don't get the $100/tour bonus anymore so only go for it if you can make tours that convert.
