Ok, how about this Mike. I will be you $5k, i will sho you a design in my portfolio, you find me a designer on elance, and if he delivers you get paid. We can have GFY decide. If he doesn't, YOU pay. Pay up or shut up.

If you don't know what you are talking about, don't speak. We have a large staff of INHOUSE designers, who do not perform work for anyone else. Ocasionally, when we are overbooked, just like any design company we will outsource our work to contractors, who we have tested before and who has performed on the level we find acceptable to say 'Envisionext Style'.

the truth is that this guy has greatness with networking and vector illustration,basic flash, die hard design html code, and a flare for the female figure as the greatest eye magnet to every guy out there. Design is pretty bunched.... if that was corected...unstoppable...would rally...can I get a hell ya from the rest of the designers out there? :1orglaugh

All those people in our portfolio obviously do not think so. If you expect to get a quality design the first time, your time saving is what you are paying for.

In case you are unaware, our designer offices are located in Moscow. It has continuously been raked higher on the most expensive cities list comparing to our headquarters in new york.

If you think it's all gravy, you are mistaken.

We have secured some of the best talent in the workd IMO, and it does not come cheap as everyone thinks.

Our art dirrector has been featured on Adobe.com and many other prominent design resources. You GET what you Pay for!

Try going to any similar sized mainstream design agency and get a quote. Get a quote from a few top adult designers (there are only 3 others i could name who could even closely compare) and see their pricing. It's right around the same area.

Which 3 would you list here?

Soul_Rebel, please remember that when a customer does not provide you with creative freedom, you can NOT deliver something that looks different. Our bigges t handicap last year has been designing TrafficCashGold 3.0 website.
We must have at least 10 other clients who were looking for something similar. If we swayed away from the concept, the customer would NOT accept the work.

On the other hand, there have been several others, who just allowed us to 'go with it' and see results.

You are absolutely right on this, I should mention it as well. Let me revise by saying many of the upcoming aff. program owners don't have a clue on what they want.

and theres like at leat five guys/girls here who have perfected the porn stlyle and they wont be mentioned because its a thankless job....

Sure, this is my personal opinion.

1. MikeW - Wyldesites - Has been pretty much setting the standard in adult design before EA came in IMO, much respect.
2. Dickman's Design - i don't like all their work(especially corporate sites), but a lot is good, but of cource it always depends on client's preferences, so i can't judge it.
3. Web Inc - great reality sites designed for top brand names. A lot of the stuff looks templates (once again i am sure client's requests).

I will give credit where credit is due.

Where is the pricing page?

wyldesites are amazing, had some logo work done in the past, theyre not cheap and leadtime is long but its worth the wait true.

and bout those russian designers: ive worked with a lotta designers could tell you stories from hell n back bout the so called $200 paysite russian designers. Apart from the fact PSDs are never included and if they are theyre a mess and impossible to edit. Payments suck by WU never get there or get lost and in the worst case (happened once) I saw my own exclusive content back in another design.

No thanks weve got 3 designers now who are ok and changing every week to another cause of 100 bucks more or less makes noone happy.

I like the Envision work alot but like SR said allready they have a very recognizable style. Same goes for Bruno, top notch work but you can see its a dickmans right away.

Thats not a bad thing though so don't feel flamed ;)))

Btw I do think envision is best in aff. designs and their paysite designs aren't all that great, but hey thats just mho ;))
