Hey don't knock that crank! You don't have to recharge the battery and only 30 seconds of cranking gives you hours of battery life. C Crane has hand crank radios and flashlights and stuff. Should really piss off the electric companies.

My sentiments exactly but the caveat is that anyone who would buy a $100 laptop might not have the loot to buy a membership.

One day computers should be as cheap as cell phones and regular wall or wireless phones.
