someone posted that site in the jordan thread. there are many sites and forums that use rapidshare.de or megaupload.com to upload full sets of pics and full videos right from paysites.

they're not putting the content on there. it's just a temporary storage space for large files. they have a reporting system to null file links.
thats like trying to sue an ISP for allow users to email copyrighted content. they're not the ones hacking sites and ripping content. |
