As long as you have a never passport that can be read by a machine you don't need any visa.

The US has almost made it impossible in recent years.

coming to the US right now is always about answering the same basic question =- "Can she prove she is going to return to Russia" - and just being young and pretty is a 99.9% chance that she wont or does not intend to. It doesn't matter if she is leaving behind 6 kids, a husband and $50,000,000.00 in property that she owns... they will show her the door.

I guess it just depends on how bad you want to get here as to what lengths you will go to get it done. It's the same story for every country. If she wants in, there are ways to get it done, that's all I'm saying. I know 2 Russians who have done it and a guy that brings in Brazilians all the time.
