Anyone can be taking the initial call. A majority of people that enjoy porn do it without their significant other knowing about it. This will just open up a can of worms.

It will take a few calls to underage individuals, or perhaps an influential politicians family (or friends) to put this into the mainstream media.

In this particular case the call wasn't even targeting Mandy it was targeting someone else in the house yet the operator proceeded to pitch Mandy.

Unless the marketing plan involves knowing everyone in the house is a consenting adult (which we know isn't possible) this call was in the wrong. The original target could not be reached. The operator should have disengaged the sales attempt.

You can name call all you want but this type of marketing is walking a thin grey line.
