They are such fuckers. Registered a dropped domain with hundreds of backlinks with them only to have them take it back next day and hear them say "sorry technical glitch it was unavailable" over the phone.

That's not them. When a really good name drops there are a lot of people trying to get it and the registrars have to sort out who actually got the time stamp for it.

Yep, I have a guy assigned to me, its awesome. I don't bother with the phone though, he replies to emails within 10 minutes.
