if your real serious than i suggest you visit all the newbie sites so you can get some ideas and think about if this is something your really want,,,because basically your like 3 years too late to start

start off by making free sites and galleries and understand the concept of traffic and how direct to sponsers and learning the art of selling,,,

this should take you like 3-6 months,,,

But I do think this kinda of falls under they if you have to ask don't do it - as has already been pointed out.

I think if everyone that wanted to start a TGP - tried making money with TGP first - they would be better off.

Same with link lists.

Then at least you could list your own sites and TGPs.

Paysites - if you can't make money off promoting other people sites - then you shouldn't start your own.

Personally, it seems like too much trouble for me - I'd rather get the $40 bucks up front and not have to deal with all the other crap. Being accused of shaving, hackers, chargebacks, and all the other crap.

Guess I am aiming too low.
