What is so great about blogs ?
Let's forget we are webmasters...
Why should I, as a surfer, what to go to a blog ? sites like this one ain't blogs ? there are just modifyed TGPs... I just don't get the hype ...

people have diff versions of blogs.
post a pic and write a story/description about it. its a blog. there is no skimming. you are giving away everything for free. you will love the SE traffic, and the bookmarked visitors. dont like the blog market? then dont have anything to do with it. its just another market to dable into. some people are just sick of doing tgps over and over. the idea is creating a unique site. that requires a good designer, with a creative mind. that can share the same thoughts with you.

As a surfer I don't know why the hell I'd want to surf a blog.
As a webmaster I could care less.... I'll gladly take all the SE traffic and signups.

see, I'm curious about that stickland one..
is it actually worth it? he did 10 updates, and then never touched it again.. will it continue getting search engine traffic? I assume the bookmarkers will leave it.. too bad, cause it looks nice! |
