    WTF can't add people to Icq??

    Server too busy? Anybody else?

    Been like this for weeks.

      ICQ is working fine for me....try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it or turning off any firewalls you have on. Just a couple of things that have worked for me in the past

          Did you hit 200 contacts yet? ICQ can't store more than 200 contacts PER GROUP.

              Try removing some old contacts. Mine was doing the same thing. Reached the limit,
