My last routine was lifting 3 times a week (3 day split) and cardio 5 times a week. Right now I'm doing my week off between routines and then I'll do a routine more focused on lifting. I'm at the gym at least 3 times a week. Usually more.
I have been hitting the gym, I have been circuit training three times a week, tons of different excersizes and I change my routine every few weeks. Circuit Training I have learned is insane
i used to, for about 5 months. just canceld my membership last month actually. instead, i just walk/jog/run 1 mile in the mornings before breakfast & do 30 mins of toning every other day.

yesterday though was a back day and because i want to start getting to sleep earlier i decided to run a mile after hitting back... it was tough, ran a 6:48 mile though, about killed me

Wasted about 8 years of my life on weights/sports. 2 knee surgeries, still played after that and bodys still aches everyday. Hated it, and happy I am done LOL
For the past two month I have been going three days a week...30 minutes 'power walk' on tredmill and then some upper arm work because my upper arm strength is crap. It isn't much but it is more than I have done since I stopped having to take gym class.
I have a small gym here at the house that I have been using lately plus I have started back on my kickboxing and working with my heavybag. Once the temps start dropping below 100 degrees I will be back to riding my bike 5 miles to the gym to work out and then 5 miles back home.

I have a new exercise plan for one week now.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday (and sometimes Sunday) I go to the gym
Two different plans, plan A and B that change every visit with 10 different exercises each to train my back, shoulders, front muscles, chest and some other regions but I don't know the name
I drive with my new bike there, so 3 x a week 20km biking
Tuesday and Thursday I go swimming and Saturday and Sunday I go jogging.
I had to lose 3 inches, 4% body fat, and 10 lbs of muscle for olympus fashion week. Did it in two weeks running 90min a day on the eleptical while hopped up on 60mg of ephedra,1200mg of caffiene, aspirin and nicotine gum. Just getting back to weights now. Feels greeeeat. Actually just came back from a decent Chest and Tri's workout.
I started going to the gym again a little over a month ago.
I've been giong 4-5 days a week.
I had been doing eliptical for 30 minutes or so & sometimes jogging on the treadmill.
Recently I've been putting a short 20 minute workout with weights before doing cardio.
It's a start.. but I certainly need to do more and start watching what I eat :P

I go 6 times a week, split routine training each bodypart twice a week & finishing off with abs & cardio 20-30 mnts everyday.
Medium protein & carbs. low fat works for me.

I hot the gym 5 to 6 days a week. Only have been doing this routine since this january.
35 min cardio , often I do elliptical trainier or mix it with tredmil. I try to keep my heart rate between 140 to 155 while at it. max being 167.
Then I do 40 min of either weight lifting , circuit. I am trying to get to 7-8% body fat but I have been on 10% for so long I fucking don't know whether my body is cut for it
I started using the swissball instead of the bench , helps you strengthen your core muscles better and you have more effective workout.
wish my girl would workout atleast 3 times a week , but she always has some excuse
