What is a hard link exactly?
from what i understand its a link with no traffic script assoicated with it. is that correct? is any kind of tracking method frowned upon?

A hard link trade does not involve precisely measuring the traffic being exchanged, nor is it dependent upon the numbers being equal on both sides.
