Looking for names of two political artists. Help art fans!
I am looking for two political artists. One artist, who died by "suicide", did political art where he traced names to others. He would put say "George W. Bush" and trace the name to another person, who was then connected to another person, ultimately leading to a person such as Osama Bin Laden. I believe the FBI confiscated them after September 11 to "help in the investigation". The other artist does works based on the countries flag. Each color designates a certain issue in that country.
If you know the names of these two artists please tell me, or if you arent totally sure if what I'm talking about is what you are thinking about please just list the names for the heck of it. Thanks in advance |
