ask for their fedex account number so that the overnight can be charged to them. If they ship a lot of stuff, I KNOW that they have their own account number with fedex.

I've never liked the idea of buying electronics off of ebay. Seems like most of the shit you see from the "power sellers" is refurbished crap or something that's fell off a truck and has some defects.

I don't know about where you're from, but in Australia, NO MATTER WHAT A SELLER (Shop, auctioneer, WHATEVER) says (must return in packaging, restock fee, etc), they MUST refund TOTALLY if a product is not as described.

IT doesn't matter dick what they say on their sites. Call up your Fair Trading Comission ( or equiv. ) and you'll soon find out. People back down super quick when they're faced with losing their company.

Good luck with charging back.. I tried when I got something that was defective.. There "processor" on ebay has a no chargeback policy all sales final no refund. (as is) And BOA was the one that was gonna do a reverse

At least you've got the negative feedback option. Leave them something really nasty. Of course, sometimes if you threaten negative feedback if they don't fix the wrong they've done, they will suddenly act all charming and give you what you want.
