As you can see from the alexa and google ratings http://www.exploretalent.com get's a shit load of traffic. We are working on a new version for bands that will be launched in the next few months. How do you think this would do in the affiliate market (i.e) linkshare and cj? Would it be better to run our own affiliate program and directly target acting schools, theatre groups, photraphers that specialize in headshots etc?

Do you think it would fuck my daugthers life up wayyy to much to get her into as young as she is ( 8 months )

That is a tough one. And Most people here really wont have an idea. I dont do much main stream work myself. But I am sure you will get lots of opinions.

Very nice site, but you may want to ad some GEO oriented techniques, usually casting folks like to know how far talent might be, it is always a consideration.

Does it work regions properly?

Other than that very nice, and a great work.
I think more sites like this are needed.
