I've got lots of search engine traffic lately from all over the world... people searching for all kinds of wacky 'adult' shit. e.g. "<insert name here> nude" or "jizz on tits".

Any programs that would do well with this "top quality" traffic?

I'd create a splash page for surfers to land on and have links to many different sites, that way you can filter it by niche and qualify your users better.

dont listen to anyone in here, this just gives people a chance to spam their own sites whether it will convert on your traffic or not. pick sites thet match the niche closest and you will convert the best, its not really rocket science. if you can make a landing page promoting 4-5 different sites for that niche and send the traffic that matches to that page.
