This does sound like strange behavior, I would be very freaked out if someone came to my house liek this. If it his belief that his actions are socially accepted in the situation described it makes you question what other beliefs does he have that he will act on.

The ironic part is that if you were a female or better yet a female model and the same thing happened the views of others on this situation would be extremely different.

If AaronM showed up at my house unannounced, I'd tell him get back in his fuckin car and go get some sodas. I'd have some steaks on the grill by the time he returned.

AaronM showed up at my house once too. Although I believe he did try to call first and I didn't answer the phone. So technically, it was unannounced.

Now he stops by unannounced to be funny, from time to time.

Can I be mad at him about it? I could, but I'm not.

It was kind of funny when he showed up and surprised the hell out of me, and he's harmless (at least I think he is).

I dont really know Aaron myself, and have only dealt with him on one small project that he helped us out with. But from what I know he is a stand up guy. I also dont really know you. But I have never had an issue with you, and I do like your program. So you are an ok guy as well. I would sugguest that you just drop it. Trying to find out where the address was given out is a great idea. but as fopr Aaron. Does it really matter??

i dont think he is blowing anything out of perportion, he is just freaked out about how aaron would know this and wants to find out how he got the info, and aaron is refusing to tell him, thus furthering PDs frustrations.

this is a pretty funny, true story:
We were having a New Years Eve party once and had the dogs tied as we expected well over 200 guests.
It wasn't quite dusk yet when I see a car park wayyyyy out on the road. Someone jumps the gate and runs full throttle all the way to our porch (about 1/3 mile) where I am standing.
I recognized the kid as one of my sons friends and ask him why he didn't just hit the button to open the gate and drive in.
His response was classic :
him - "Well I have a red car!"
me - "okkkkk ... and whats the problem?"
him - "Well you have one huge bull with horns out there in the field and I know they chase red things!!"

It was the cutest thing I'd heard in months. When I finally stopped chuckling I showed him there was a really strong fence between the bull and the driveway, then proceeded to point out he'd run all that way wearing a red jacket. ;)

It would bother the hell out of me if someone whom did not know my address showed up without notice. I am upset by friends whom do know my address showing up without notice, much less someone whom I did not give my address to.

I don't think anyone likes for people to pop by unexpectedly, especially if they've never met them in person, but is it really that big of a deal? Its quite hilarious to call this the height of rudeness and feel sympathetic for Trey, when his rudeness has no boundaries. Trey can whine and clamour on as if he's somehow been victimized, yet for years he has had no qualms about calling other's mom a whore, making false cp and spousal abuse allegations and endlessly using racial slurs when addressing others. Its obvious that Trey's main gripe isn't necessarily that Aaron stopped by, its how Aaron was able to obtain his address. Trey has thought he could be the ultimate board jackass and that he could remain completely anonymous offline. I hope this thread has shown him he's wrong.

the only way I can think of is if he knew your first and last name he could have looked it up through any private investigation service online or through a site like ussearch.com. I know it's really shady, but if he had your cell#, it is possible he could have found it out. Credit collectors can do things like that too if they are shady enough.

I don't blame u for being upset about it. Unfortunately, people can buy unlisted phone #'s and addresses and cell phone #'s along with addresses right online.
