Maybe ask Aaron the name of the realtor who gave out your private information like that? I doubt you could collect damages, but at least it would scare that realtor from ever giving out private information again.

That was his house in Austin, he's currently in the Phx area. The pics of Austin made it easy to get his address there before he ever moved in. Maybe if you didn't act like a total ass on the boards you wouldn't be so paranoid about anyone knowing where you reside. 100 of thousdands of people keep their name unlisted in the 411 and phone book. if we wanted my address he caould of asked me maybe? but no he did not do that.

I think the realtor story seems a tad far fetched. I don't know any realtor who would just give out information on people without knowing them. I also don't know why you'd need to go that route if you were friends with the person and could just ask.
