XM or Sirius

Other than Stern coming to Sirius, what are the pros and cons of each?

I couldnt give a shit less about sports. Its Stern that would be my main reason to buy Sirius. Havent had him since he got booted from Louisville radio.

I'm all for SIRI, I've bought and sold their shares during their media frenzy the last few months.

ive never heard the quality of XM, but sirius on my powered alpine type r's sound s like ASS! dont' get me wrong i love the music and the programming, however the quality and technology fucking sucks. Freeway overpass, signal cuts out, want to listen in the garage, no go since there isn't a clear line of site of the western sky. fm in phoenix sounds WAY better than sirius and it works in more places. if you want to know what the music stations sound like encode an mp3 at 64kbs and listen to it in your car. if you want to hear what the talk stations sound like, encode an mp3 at 16kbs

That would pay off in a year and a half... no need to wait til 70. Unless they go out of business or some better technology comes along before that.
