The "baby" Aston is out!

This is by far one of the most beautiful cars in the world, bar none...

droooooooooooooollllllllllllllllllllllll

It uses a V8 4.3, 380bhp making it much more affordable than the DB9

Beauty, class, style all put together in a perfect way

Here (very high auto-taxes) this puppy costs:
150.000? EUR

Meaning that at least in other countrys with better auto-taxes you can expect it to go for around 100k EUR IMHO...

More boring shit from Aston Martin. A beast in straight lines, and a snail around corners. Body roll galore....

The back half of the car looks like a Infiniti G35, the front is uninspiring.. Definately doesn't look like its worth the money. I'd pick a Bentley GT Coupe over this in a hearbeat.

It's not supossed to be a killer race car. They don't make cars to compete with lambo or ferrari performance wise. They cater to their own niche.

It's fairly simple..Most people that have the income to afford an Aston, will have several other cars. They want vehicles that will suit their various needs.
If I were going to a business meeting,I'd take the Aston. If I were going to enjoy a day of spirited driving it would be the Porsche or the Lambo.

And since Jay Leno sets any standarts as to what car is good or not? FFS ...damm you are killing me here with your wise-ass remarks.

You don't know shit about Aston Martin, that "straight line" comment was prove enough...

newsflash: its the american cars that have a rep of not doing corners not British ones...

I should have stressed new performance British models (not brands). He has no Jaguars, Aston Martins..etc..he thinks they are junk.

I really don't see what is so funny about my comments. The Aston Martin is constantly out performed by German and Italian cars. Just check every major Automobile publication.

America Cars dont perform (with the exception of the Corvette and the Saleen S7)...whats your point?

Are we going to turn this into a UK vs. America thing now? Did I miss where I mentioned American cars?

This poor chap has an opinion. British engineering = crap

At $110,000, the Vantage challenges the king of the hill, Porsche's 911. To see how the new Aston compared, we headed over to Italy, for three days driving through the verdant hills of Tuscany. The narrow roads, with challenging turns and fast straights, provided a tough trial for the new sports car, yet as we grudgingly handed back the keys, we had to conclude that Aston had designed one of the best sports cars ever to hit the road.

The rear quarter and the pillars look like they were lifted off the G35 (infinit's version of a 350z). I have a G35...nice car for 37k....but am I going to drop 150k plus on a car that lacks originality....that car is far from a head turner

TVR is a great example of a British car. TVR is sold to some extremely Rich Russian guy now, who still keeps the production and designing in the UK... He is "just" the owner on paper...

Or is Chelsea now an Russian soccer team as well?
