And here lies the problem with France. The paranioa! I have never been in a country that is so determined to operate a RISK FREE business.

Let me state for the official record that I LOVE France! It is a wonderful place to live and when you find good people they are phenominal! The art, culture, etc is beyond anything I could hope to experience in North America.

However, no place is perfect. And there is a very ugly side to French society. And it isn't just the bureaucratic nightmare. It is also the cultural-elitism, arrogance and hypocrasy that is common in many of the true french.

The odd... and novel shit about this was... below the garage floor, there were two more underground floors which were complete replicas of the upper floors - it was an "undergound bomb shelter" with home comforts. She was only living there a few weeks a year - chances are even more remote there would be any nukes hitting while she lived there.

The garage had a few spare parking spaces - the rest werel filled up the vintage and classic cars. I ain't any expert on em, but been told they are worth millions (and not dollar value - UK pounds)
