PayPal hates ePassporte or vice versa ($5 for an answer)

My country is now approved country by PayPal. But PayPal seems to not accept ePassporte Virtual Visa cards. So, how for me to become verified with PayPal? Do you know any other virtual cards which can be loaded with ePassporte Virtual card and accepted by PayPal?
    And of course...

...I will send $5 to your ePassporte account if your answer will be the most helpful. So, post your ePassporte IDs with your answers...

Think about it for a second. You can put whatever bullshit name on your epassporte card and unless you have over $5k in your epass account your personal details aren't verified. If paypal allows you to sign up and you defraud someone there is verly little they can do to find your real identity (well the easy way at least).

There are many banks that will give you a secured credit card if you do not have one or cannot get one. Some require as little as a $200.00 deposit and you get a $200.00 limit. Get one, get verified with PayPal then close the secured credit card account and get your $200.00 back from them. You could always keep the secured credit card but they will suck you dry with fees so I'd use it for the purpose of getting paypal verified then ditch them. Here is a link for you to get one https://www.orchardbank.com/hcs/ccsapp?obpath&

I had to verify just to open my account.

But I guess that was because I couldn't tell them the amount they billed to verify my card... Visa wouldn't tell me.

                        Trust the "WOW" effect.

I have opened several paypal accounts with visa giftcards, you buy them for 25 bucks at stores and banks all over the usa.

I am in canada and opened canadian paypal accounts with these cards., you do not have to be in the same country as the card is issued from to get a pp account verified and ready to use. Btw, any name you want goes on these cards. no id required.

Paypal sucks though, you pull in more then 10 g in a day and they freeze your account. They are a waste of time. Good only for small time business or very well known and not even 1% sketchy business.

The reason for this could be also that you have not activated your local visacard for online use..

As i said it is not logical paypal to accept your country but not to accept cards from your country
